Members of the Logistics Hall of Fame have made outstanding achievements in the further development of logistics and supply chain management beyond the boundaries of their own companies and have made a significant and lasting impact on the industry. This eternal pantheon is designed to remind future generations of logisticians of these individuals and what they achieved.

A glamorous stage for Professor Rolf Schnellecke: On December 5, 2018 the outsourcing pioneer was admitted access to the Logistics Hall of Fame on the occasion of the annual gala reception of the Logistics Hall of Fame in the historic Erich Klausener Hall of the Federal Ministry of Transport in Berlin, Germany. More than 250 guests, including the leading figures of the automotive industry and logistics, accompanied the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wolfsburg-based Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG, when he received the membership certificate made of glass and metal.
Panattoni Europe, one of the leading project developers for industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, has joined the supporters` circle of the Logistics Hall of Fame.

TRATON AG joined the Logistics Hall of Fame supporter circle. By doing so, one of the world´s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers fosters the documentation of logistical milestones and wants to contribute to the networking and further development of transport and logistics. The Logistics Hall of Fame will have another prominent member. Rolf Schnellecke, chairman of the Ssupervisory board of Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG, will be inducted into the Hall of Fame of Logistics as an "outsourcing trendsetter and innovator of automotive logistics". He is the 34th member among the most deserving logisticians in the world. Official admission will take place on December 5 on the occasion of the annual Logistics Hall of Fame gala reception in the Erich-Klausener-Hall of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in Berlin.
The circle of supporters of the Logistics Hall of Fame is growing further. CHEP Deutschland GmbH joined the group in June.

In addition, ist aims to document outstanding achievements in logistics and to encourage and promote innovations. In this way, it raises public awareness for the performance capability and innovative drive of logistics, helping to underpin the competitiveness and improve the image of the entire logistics sector. Dr. Volker Wissing, Federal Minister for Digital and Transport, is the patron.
