LIP Invest GmbH is an owner-managed investment house in the asset class of logistics real estate. The Munich-based company is a leading provider of special real estate funds (Spezial-AIF) for institutional investors. LIP Invest acquires both existing properties and new buildings throughout Germany. Project developments can be realized within the framework of forward deals or as forward funding. Logistics companies with their own real estate holdings find in LIP Invest a competent partner for a sale-and-lease-back transaction. With an investment volume of approximately 1.4 billion euros, the LIP portfolio currently consists of 51 properties with a total leasable area of over 1 million square meters and rental income of over 60 million euros. The entire property portfolio is fully leased.
