Logistics Hall of Fame: Deadline for Nominations Ends on May 5
Who will be inducted into the Logistics Hall of Fame in 2025 and who will be named Logistics Leader of the Year? Nominations for both awards will be accepted until May 5, 2025, at www.logisticshalloffame.net.
Ismaning, April 28, 2025 – The countdown is on: Until next Monday, May 5, personalities can be nominated for induction into the Logistics Hall of Fame or for the Logistics Leader of the Year award.
Anyone who wishes to honor outstanding achievements in logistics can submit a nomination easily and free of charge using the online form at www.logisticshalloffame.net.
Following the nomination phase, the Council of the Logistics Hall of Fame will make an initial selection and nominate up to eight finalists. The final decision on induction into the Hall of Fame or the awarding of the title Logistics Leader of the Year is made by an international expert jury comprising more than 60 renowned personalities from logistics, industry, science, and media.
To be inducted into the Logistics Hall of Fame, candidates must have made groundbreaking achievements. These may be technological, strategic, scientific, or entrepreneurial in nature - what matters is their lasting benefit for the entire logistics sector beyond their own company.
The Logistics Leader of the Year award, donated by Hamburg-based STILL GmbH, on the other hand, honors the current pace-setters of logistics—people who are currently particularly successful within their companies and who are shaping the future of logistics through innovative entrepreneurial thinking and action. The main focus here is on the concrete benefit for their own company.
Both honors will be presented as part of the official Logistics Hall of Fame gala in December 2025 in Berlin. The “Lynn C. Fritz Medal for Excellence in Humanitarian Logistics” will also be awarded there for the third time. Humanitarian organizations and their logistics partners can apply for this award with successful projects until May 5. The application form is available on the website.
The Logistics Hall of Fame is accessible online around the clock at www.logisticshalloffame.net. It honors logistical milestones and their creators and is supported by a broad alliance from politics, business, academia, media, and associations.
