With its some 1,500 members in industry, trade and logistics services, the Federal Association of Transport and Logistics in Industry and Trade (BWVL) is one of the biggest specialised company associations in the field of transport and logistics in Germany. The Association sees it as its mission to represent the interests of the clients for logistics services and actively supports its members in legal and financial matters relating to transport logistics, on issues connected with their own vehicle fleets and by facilitating further training and development as well as the exchange of experience.

The Logistics Hall of Fame

The Logistics Hall of Fame® honours leading figures who have made outstanding efforts to promote the further development of logistics and supply chain management. In addition, ist aims to document outstanding achievements in logistics and to encourage and promote innovations. In this way, it raises public awareness for the performance capability and innovative drive of logistics, helping to underpin the competitiveness and improve the image of the entire logistics sector. Dr. Volker Wissing, Federal Minister for Digital and Transport, is the patron.
