Logistics Hall of Fame und der Förderverein Logistics Alliance Germany vereinbaren gegenseitige Mitgliedschaft
The Logistics Hall of Fame and the Förderverein Logistics Alliance Germany want to jointly set an example of the efficiency and innovative power of logistics.
For this reason, the International Hall of Fame of Logistics and the LAG Association have agreed on a partnership. With immediate effect, the sponsoring association is a member of the Logistics Hall of Fame's large circle of supporters. At the same time, the Logistics Hall of Fame will in future be one of the supporters of the work of the Förderverein Logistics Alliance Germany.
Both partners want to use their large network and the international reputation of the Logistics Hall of Fame to present the performance of Germany as a logistics location worldwide, to contribute to the competitiveness of the entire logistics industry and to further improve the image of logistics.
The Logistics Alliance Germany is a public-private partnership project (PPP) between the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and the German logistics industry. Its aim is to market Germany as a logistics location outside Europe under the motto "Logistics made in Germany". The Logistics Hall of Fame documents outstanding achievements in logistics, honours its creators and initiates innovations.
The finalists for the year 2020 have already been determined for entry into the Logistics Hall of Fame 2020. The Logistics Hall of Fame Council recently nominated ten personalities for inclusion in the Hall of Fame and four candidates for the "TRATON Logistics Leader of the Year" award. Previously, 22 valid nominations had been received from Germany, Europe and the whole world. The lists of candidates for both awards are traditionally secret and are not published in advance.
The Supporters' Circle of the Logistics Hall of Fame is a group of people and companies who want to document outstanding achievements in logistics.
